Consul General of Turkmenistan in Herat city presented the Consular patent

 On November 14, 2023 Consul General of Turkmenistan in Afghanistan (c.Herat) Batyr Yolov presented the Consular patent to the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Afghanistan Amir Khan Muttaqi.
 During the meeting, the parties expressed satisfaction with the development mutually beneficial political-diplomatic, trade-economic, cultural and humanitarian relations between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan. Diplomats are also especially noted that they will continue to make every effort to deepen and expanding ties between the two fraternal states.
