THE LIST OF INSURANCE TYPES FOR CONCLUDING AGREEMENTS WITH FOREIGN INSURANCE COMPANIES IS APPROVED
In order to improve the regulation of the insurance system, as well as in accordance with Article 41 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Insurance”, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the List of insurance types, according to which legal entities of Turkmenistan can conclude agreements with foreign insurance companies.
