POLICE LIEUTENANT COLONEL NURMYRAT KOVUSOV IS APPOINTED AS THE RECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS
In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Lieutenant Colonel Nurmyrat Kovusov was released from the position as the Vice-Rector for combat training and educational work and is appointed as the Rector of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.
